Monique provides services to children and adolescents with Communication Disorders and on the spectrum. She is employed through a special education cooperative and travels to schools to provide individual and group therapy. The Communication Development Program where Monique is their Program Art Therapist focuses on "Social Thinking Therapy," a curriculum developed by Speech and Language Pathologist, Michelle Garcia Winner. Monique also incorporates relaxation techniques (deep breathing, guided imagery, journaling and stretching) into her art therapy services.

Holly is the art therapist at Easter Seals Therapeutic Day School in Tinley Park and formerly worked as the art therapist at the Easter Seals Chicago Metropolitan branch. She has provided art programming for children and teens with special needs at the Little City Foundation in Palatine, IL and has presented on the topic of art therapy and autism in both Australia and the U.S.
